DAY 1: NAIROBI / MERU NATIONAL PARK

Arrival in Nairobi then drive northwards to Meru National Park .

Lunch en route arriving in time for afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2 and 3: MERU NATIONAL PARK

Full day in Meru National Park with early morning and afternoon game drives.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 4: MERU/SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

After breakfast depart from Samburu arriving in time for lunch.

Afternoon game drive is a chance to see lions, elephants, gerenuk, grevy’s zebra, Oryx, the reticulated giraffe and other plain game.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 5 and 6: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Early morning game drive, return to the camp for breakfast,

Another morning game drive, return to the campsite for lunch (an option visit to a samburu village - extra cost) followed by an afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight at the Ewaso Nyiro Campsite.

DAY 7: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE/MT KENYA

Depart Sanburu with a game drive on the way out of the park, lunch at the Bantu campsite and thereafter proceed on for a nature walk to the Mau Mau caves located deep inside Mt. Kenya Forest .

Return to the Campsite for Dinner and overnight at the Bantu Campsite.

DAY 8: MT KENYA/LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Depart after breakfast past the northern tip of the Aberdare Mountain to descend

into the Great Rift Valley where Lake Nakuru is located (picnic lunch enroute).

Tie permitting, proceeds on for an afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at the guest house or at Makalia Falls Campsite located inside the park.

DAY 9: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Full day in Lake Nakuru , one of the world’s most important bird sanctuaries, Lake Nakuru itself boasts the most spectacular of all the African bird sights.

Enormous flocks of pastel pink flamingoes as well as other bird species. Here we have wonderful opportunity for the color photography masses of pink body’s

Glide above the reflection of the blue water. Here you have a morning and afternoon game drives.

Enjoy a good variety of animal like reedbuck, bushbuck, warthog, baboon, leopards, and Rothschild giraffe, call this home. It is also designated rhino sanctuary.

Dinner and overnight at the Makalia Falls Campsite.

DAY 10: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK/MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve lunch en route.

Afternoon and overnight at the Sekenani Ol Perr Elong / Kimama Camp.

DAY 11 and 12: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Early morning, mid – morning, after breakfast and afternoon game drives,

Or depart afternoon after breakfast with picnic lunches for a full game drive, lunch at the Mara Hippo Pool.

In the Masai Mara Game Reserve will rendezvous with Mara residents e.g. herds of buffalo, wildebeests, hartebeest, impala and gazelles. The Masai Maara is the northern extension most extreme of Great Serengeti ecosystem. Here black rhinos browse dense thorn bushes and herds of giraffe and elephants roam in the woodland. Large numbers of hippos gather to feed and swim in the Mara River . Boasting Kenya ’s largest predator population, the reserve is renowned for lion prides: nestled under canvas you will dream of all the wonders of Africa .

Dinner and overnight at the Ol Perr Elong/ Kimama Camp. 

DAY 13: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

After breakfast be transferred to JKIA for your flight back HOME.
