DAY 01: NAIROBI
Arrival in NAIROBI by international flight, Met by our representative and transferred to NORFOLK HOTEL for check-in and overnight stay. Older than the London Ritz, younger than the Savoy, no other hotel in Kenya has a rich history as the Norfolk, one of the world's most romantic hotels. When it was first opened in 1904, it was to spearhead traditions of hospitality in East Africa, which are still unmatched today. Set within Nairobi, the cosmopolitan capital of Kenya, The Norfolk has impressed generation after generation of visitors with its unfailing high standards of service, luxurious style, hospitality and comfort. The Norfolk also occupies a unique place in the history of Kenya and specifically Nairobi.

DAY 02: NAIROBI/ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart towards the ABERDARES REGION. Check in and lunch at the ABERDARES COUNTRY CLUB. Transfer by the club vehicle to THE ARK. Rest of the afternoon at leisure to observe the variety of wildlife that comes to the salt-lick water-hole in front of the tree-lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

NB: At the Ark you are only allowed an overnight bag. The rest of your luggage will be stored at Aberdare Country club.

DAY 03: ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK /LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, transferred back to the base hotel and rejoin your driver guide, then depart to LAKE NAKURU National Park in the Rift Valley region. Scenic stopover at the Thompson Falls. Proceed to the SAROVA LIONHILLS LODGE for check-in and lunch. Depart for an afternoon game drive in the park and around the alkaline lake. A sea of flaming pink as far as the eye can see. These are the millions of flamingos seeking their food in the salty deep-green waters of Lake Nakuru. This park has become Kenya's premier Rhino sanctuary and is now home to both Black and White Rhinos, totaling to over 80 in number.Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Built in a natural dais, overlooking one of the world's ornithological spectacles, the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge impresses every guest with its panoramic view of the pink shoreline created by millions of flamingos on Lake Nakuru. The Lodge is situated within the Lake Nakuru National Park Rift Valley Province and is surrounded by natural flora and fauna in its beautiful grounds. Although smaller compared to the other hotels in Sarova Hotels Group, this 21-year-old Lodge offers a peaceful retreat amidst one of the most stunning National Parks in Kenya.

                                                                                                                   

DAY 04: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK / MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
After breakfast, depart for the world famous MASAI MARA National Reserve. Arrival at the MARA SERENA LODGE for check-in and lunch. Afternoon game drive around the world famous reserve. The Masai Mara conservancy falls under the private tribal property laws, in this case the Maasai people who have over the generations found equilibrium and co-habited with the animals in harmony. The Mara is home to over 37 species of mammals and it is here that every year from June to September you can witness the Great Wildebeest Migration from the Serengeti. The Mara is indeed a natural extension of the Serengeti Plains in Tanzania. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.An interpretation of a traditional Masai Manyatta village of domed huts, Mara Serena Safari Lodge is set on the saddle of a hill where it overlooks the 1,800 square kilometers of rolling plains, woodlands and rivers that make up the Masai Mara Triangle - one of the world's richest wildlife sanctuaries. No other lodge has such a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape or the game and birdlife that inhabit it.

DAY 05 & 06: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Tea or coffee and depart for an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Mid-morning game drive. Return to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 07: MASAI MARA/NAIROBI/WATAMU
Breakfast at the lodge and depart to NAIROBI. Arrival and lunch at the CARNIVORE RESTAURANT. Transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to MALINDI departing at 16h15. Arrival, met and transfer to HEMINGWAYS RESORT for check-in, dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 07: WATAMU
Day at leisure on half-board basis.

DAY 08-10: WATAMU
Three nights spent at Watamu on half board basis with 6 hours of fishing on each day. Hemingways is a 78 bed resort-hotel on the stunning sands of Watamu Bay, 20 miles south of Malindi. The ambience of the hotel is of relaxed sophistication, with the friendliness of a privately-owned hotel coupled to the facilities and standards of an international resort. 3 miles up the coast from Hemingways is Mida, a tidal lagoon of mangrove creeks teeming with exotic bird-life, and the venue for our sundowner cruises on an Arabic dhow, whilst out to sea there is dolphin-watching, snorkelling and diving. For game-lovers we offer a variety of personal safaris with our own experienced guides.

DAY 011: WATAMU
Day at leisure on half-board basis

DAY 012: WATAMU / NAIROBI / DEPART
Morning at leisure. Transferred to the Malindi airport for an Air Kenya flight to NAIROBI, departing at 13h45. Arrival at the Wilson Airport met and transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta international airport for your home-bound flight.
